The 2015 First Annual Move Over Awareness Day was a smashing success. With 92 trucks participating in the event, awareness was raised from one end of the Arizona to the other. We would like to thank Todd Equipment and Rush Truck Center for hosting, ADOT and DPS for their cooperation, and to the members of the APTRA. Implementation of House Bill 2429 with respect to DPS Contracting.
This bill goes into effect July 24, 2014.

All current DPS contracts will be replaced as a result of House Bill 2429. To participate in the new round of contracts you must be registered with ProcureAZ.gov.lick here to register.
